The Truth Behind Noops: My ADHD Diagnosis Changed Everything
The Truth Behind Noops: My ADHD Diagnosis Changed Everything
For years, I knew something wasn’t right.
I was successful on the outside raising two kids, running a business, pushing forward but inside I was constantly drowning. I felt different.
The smallest things could feel impossible. Simple tasks like replying to an email or putting away laundry would leave me paralysed. I’d either be hyper-focused for 14 hours straight or unable to move under the weight of overwhelm. I couldn’t rest. I couldn’t relax. And no one could see it, because I was still performing. Until I couldn’t anymore.
Eventually, after hitting breaking point more than once, I was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. And it was like someone finally handed me the manual for a brain I’d been trying to decode my whole life.
ADHD Isn’t Just Forgetfulness. It’s Exhausting.
This diagnosis explained everything the emotional outbursts, the anxiety, the chronic fatigue, the intense guilt from forgetting something important again, the struggles in relationships, and the feeling that I was always letting someone down especially myself. I have never felt good enough.
ADHD doesn’t just affect focus.
It affects your mental health, your nervous system, your physical energy, and every relationship around you. It affects your sense of self.
But even with the diagnosis, I couldn’t find the right kind of support. I didn’t want to take strong stimulants. I wanted something natural, gentle, and effective something that supported my brain, instead of silencing it.
So I Created Noops Nootropics.
Noops Nootropics was born out of my own desperation. I needed something that would help me function not just to survive the day, but to actually feel well again.
I worked with experts, tested formulations, and listened to my body. What we built was a product designed for real people dealing with real challenges. This was for women, for neurodiverse brains, for people with children and deadlines and mental health struggles.
Noops is my way of saying: I see you. I understand.
Because I live it too.
Why I Talk About It
I was silent for too long. I masked. I smiled. I coped. But it came at a cost to my health, my relationships, and my sense of worth.
Now, I talk about ADHD because there’s power in being seen.
I want other women, mothers, entrepreneurs, and young people to know that you’re not broken. You just haven’t had the support you deserve.
So this brand isn’t just about supplements. It’s about starting a bigger conversation. It’s about helping you come home to yourself.
